- Computer Based Flight Training -
This Courseware, developed for pilot refresher training using ToolBook
II Instructor, puts the student pilot inside a Boeing 737 cockpit to
review their knowledge of all aircraft systems and controls, using
realistic images of the cockpit and the control panels to allow the
student to interact as if they were actually in the aircraft.
There are an estimated 5,000 737 Pilots in the US alone, all of whom
are required to have refresher training every 6 months. |

of MarTek Software - Introduction to Active
Data Objects - ToolBook developers now have Microsoft
database access technology called Active Data Objects
("ADO") access through another Microsoft technology called
Automation (formerly known as "OLE Automation"). Since
ToolBook II Instructor 7.1 now fully supports Automation through
OpenScript, the ADO Automation server can be accessed allowing simpler
and faster access to databases. In particular, ADO provides Instructor
developers with the capability to manipulate Microsoft Access
databases. |
